Hello, I decieded to start a weight loss blog to document my journey of where I was, and who I am today. When I started my journey 2 years ago, I weighed 250 pounds. I needed to loose at least 100 pounds. I was tired of being the fat mom. All of my little girls friends mom were thin. I couldn’t do anything with my girl like ride bikes, go for walks, I was too heavy. Now 2 years later I am 80lbs thinner and still going! I recently joined our local YMCA and have a workout routine, along with my diet, hoping that these last pounds will start to come off. Here is me 2 years ago
The key I’ve learned for my weight loss is a 1300 calorie per day diet, no more than 30 grams of fat, and 40-60 grams of protein. Also 64oz per day of liquid (32 oz) must be water. This program has been very sucessful for me.
